Steering Control Harness
The Aerpro CHMA2C Steering Wheel Control Interface (SWC) enables the vehicle steering wheel controls to function with an aftermarket head unit. Engineered to suit MAN TGX Series (2017-2021) Trucks with a factory Quadlock head unit connector, the steering wheel control interface includes a vehicle specific harness that connects directly to the existing wiring in the vehicle.
Installation of the aftermarket head unit is simplified even further when paired with the optional Aerpro APP9 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness & SWC Patch Lead, which connects between the aftermarket head unit and this interface. This interface is CAN-Bus compatible and provides various outputs including amp turn-on / remote output. In addition to steering wheel control retention, this interface also retains important factory features including the phone button, USB input, AUX input, subwoofer audio and microphone functionality (if equipped).
Important Information:
- Steering Wheel Control Interfaces can vary between vehicle models, please use the Aerpro What Fits Your Car Guide to find the correct parts.
- A Steering Wheel Control Patch Lead is required to be used in conjunction with this part to enable Steering Wheel Controls to function (sold separately).
- Aftermarket head unit must be SWC compatible and steering wheel control functions may vary from the OEM Functions.
- Aftermarket head unit requires rear USB input, rear AUX (3.5mm jack) input, rear Microphone (2.5mm jack) input and Subwoofer RCA output to retain these features.
- For vehicles with 12V supply to radio only. Vehicles with a 24V supply will require a 24V-12V voltage reducer (sold separately).

- Enables the original steering wheel controls in the vehicle to function with an aftermarket head unit.
- Increases driver safety by allowing keeping hands on the steering wheel and eyes on the road
- Supports OEM Phone Button when connected to compatible aftermarket Bluetooth head units
